Holy amazing. Seriously, you'll be thankful for this recipe at your next party. It's refreshing and sweet and delicious and just strong enough to qualify as a cocktail without the ol' sucker punch that hard liquor can sometimes have. I happened to find it inside an issue of Bon Appetit and man o' man am I forever indebted to that fateful afternoon where I flipped that magazine open!
THE HOW TO:
Muddle blackberries and mint in a large pitcher. Mix in vodka, lime juice, and 2 bottles ginger beer. Serve over ice, garnish with more mint, a blackberry and a float of ginger beer.
